We are seeking multiple Help Desk/IT Product Support Analysts for a fully remote role following a two-week onsite training in Lower Manhattan. Responsibilities include real-time data analysis, issue identification and escalation, communication with technical teams, system monitoring, and documentation, with overnight shifts available from 11PM–8AM and midnight–9AM.
